
Helpful Tips for Making Great Coffee

Short Black
1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee in a small cup, sugar if desired.

Long Black
1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee topped up with hot water in a medium to large cup, sugar if desired.

Latte
1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee in a medium to large cup, topped up with aerated hot milk, 1cm froth, sugar if desired.

Macchiato
1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee in a small cup, a dollop of hot frothy milk, sugar if desired.

Cappuccino
1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee in a medium to large cup, remaining should be 50% hot milk, 50% froth and chocolate sprinkled on top.

Flat White
1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee in a medium to large cup, topped with hot milk, sugar if desired.

Mocha Latte
1 shot or 30ml espresso coffee, 1 heaped teaspoon of drinking chocolate in a medium to large cup, topped up with aerated hot milk, 1cm froth.

Hot Chocolate
Dissolve 2 tsp powdered drinking chocolate in hot water, remaining should be 50% hot milk, 50% froth and chocolate sprinkled on top.
